Install all Plugin/Addon and Behavior before open CAPX file.

Copy behaviors and plugins folder and paste into folder where Construct 2 installed :  ..\Construct 2\exporters\html5

Open .CAPX file with Construct,  Drag Time Manager.c2addon file into Construct window then Drop here to install the C2Addon
