In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscriptions and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations ensure that you do not renew your plan before your subscription period ends. It will automatically be cancelled at the end of billed period.

Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

A refund may be denied or a partial refund may be provided, if the user has played for an extended period of time (2 hours or more) utilizing premium services and servers.

A refund shall not be provided for any Hourly plans.

The Weekly plan is also non-refundable.

A user will not be eligible for a refund if a referral code has been used from the user’s account.

A user is not eligible for a refund after 24 Hours of buying a paid plan.

Refunds will be issued to the same account used to start the subscription in the Payment Gateway.

The referrer’s bonus time will be deducted if a referree obtains a complete refund.

All Eligible refunds will be processed as per banking norms within 7 working days.
